This page describes how this website handles information submitted through its forms and donation checkout.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message. The Chosen Path registration form collects the youth and guardian details, emergency contacts, health and allergy information, permissions, and signatures requested by the registration package. Optional fields may be left blank when not applicable.
Private registration storage
Contact messages and registration entries are encrypted in the WordPress database. Only administrators with authorized WordPress access can view entries. Completed submissions are not published in the media library, public pages, or public links.
Staff use registration information to review participation, contact families, and manage safety and permission choices. Submission does not automatically enroll a participant.
Notifications
Email notifications are currently unconfigured. If enabled, a notification will tell the organization to sign in to WordPress to review a new entry. Registration contents will not be included in notification emails.
Donations and cookies
WooCommerce uses cart and checkout information to maintain donation selections and process orders when a payment service is configured. Session cookies may be used for the cart, account sign-in, and checkout. Payment processing is currently unavailable.
Questions and changes
Use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted, corrections, or removal. Administrators manage retention and should review stored entries periodically. Public contact details and a formal retention schedule are awaiting confirmation by the organization.
