Program registration
Submitting a registration package does not guarantee enrollment or transportation. Program staff will review the package and confirm participation separately. Transportation, meals, and snacks depend on availability and approval. Families should provide accurate information and tell staff when safety, pickup, or health details change.
Permissions
Permissions are selected individually in the registration form. Declining media permission does not affect participation. Additional activity-specific permissions may be requested separately. The registration package is not a waiver of legal rights.
Donations
The two donation options accept donor-selected one-time amounts through WooCommerce. Payment processing is awaiting configuration. No tax-deductibility representation is made. Questions about a contribution should be directed to the organization before payment.
